'Colour Your World' women's conference
March 15th-17th: over 17,000
women packed the Acer Arena.
It was an amazing conference from
the fantastic opening all the way
It was an amazing conference from
the fantastic opening all the way
to the spectacular finale. It was a mixture of the funny, the deep and meaningful, the poignant
and the relaxed. From heaven breathed worship to challenging teaching from some really
annointed teachers. It was a time of Sisterhood coming together and doing something amazing
for the benifit of those less fortunate. Definitely lots of memories from those few days!!

A snapshot view of North Avoca beach
Stayed about 6 minutes away from this beautiful beach in the Central Coast whilst on Frontline Retreat.
Frontline is the 26-35 year old age grouping of Hillsong Church. Each year we have a retreat in the Central Coast. I stayed in a house with 14 girls and we had a fun time together, had a special time in God's presence, learnt lots and made new friends.
Dreaming of new memories

Dreaming, dreaming of holidays, warm sunshine, never ending beaches, water lapping the seashore, blue sky, and lovely company. No harm in dreaming! Well dreams hopefully turning to reality in may and september this year with visits from some of my family. Hoping to explore some new corners of this vast country and make some new memories!

Beautiful day
It's a beautiful day here in Sydney. Was at the lovely Coogee Beach with my friend Gen. Sun shining on the water turning it to deep aqua. Whiter than white surf spraying in the wind as the waves roll unto the near white sand- very idyllic. We had lunch in a cafe- sitting outside, chatting, watching the world go by.
Hours before, we had been at Hillsong women, catching a glimpse at a very different world, the world of the child soldiers of northern Uganda. The documentry called 'Invisible Children' told of the harrowing civil war and it's devastating impact on the people who live there in particular the children. Every woman there, weeping as we were faced with a world far removed from our own, and left wondering what part we can play to help the situation, praying that the situation would end and that the people there would come to know true freedom. Now that would be a truly beautiful day!
